A Little About Us.
If you don't know us my name is Richard and my wife is Lamenda, and we own TLC CAR WASH AND
DETAIL. We also do all the cleaning and detailing.
Before we opened our shop we decided to make sure we were going to provide the best service
possible. We wanted to do it the right way, or not do it at all.
For six months we relentlessly studied and practiced. There was so much more to learn than we
thought would be involved in detailing vehicles. But we worked hard until we understood how to do a
professional job.
We do things different than most detail shops. There are several but only a few do things the right
way. For example, we will never wash your car with dish detergent which will harm your paint and
clear coat over time. We use micro fiber towels instead of cotton. Cotton will dull the paint by making
dozens of micro scratches with every wipe. Cotton and other fabrics can also trap dirt between your
paint and the towel causing more scratches. We use professional products from companies such as
Detailers Pride, Meguiar's and Wolfgang.
We don't have a fancy building, but what we do have is the know how to get your car cleaned the
proper way. Can you save a little money using the "do it yourself" car wash? Sure. But your car
doesn't really come out clean. And the drive thru is worse.
Come and give us a try. You might be amazed at what we can do with a vehicle. We all the time hear
comments like "WOW it looks new again", "I can't believe you got those scratches out" and "You did a
great job, I will be back"
